The circular of the Hon'ble Supreme Court on listing is for all such cases. As such our Advocates can not do anything in this regard. We have no way out, but to wait. The political parties feel the Bankers are not a formidable vote bank. So no patronage from them is expected.

As you said pensioners are not politicians to afford Big ticket advocates, advocates who are also politicians, politicians have lot of money, how they got wealth - mostly by not lawful/ethical means. These politicians can get their date at the earliest in courts/even in supreme court. Bank pensioners are the neglected lot by ruling or opposition politicians. We have no choice but suffer. We are sincerely voting Modi BJP govt, but even then our voice is not heard.
