Hubby and I went to our local credit union to obtain a loan. The person in whose office we sat was rude. She left the office for a few minutes and when she came back, told us our loan was denied. Mind you, hubby was an E-6 in the military at that time with $0 debt. And we both had good credit ratings. We left and filed the paperwork for the loan via mail and were immediately approved for a loan. I also went to that same credit union to refinance our car which I'd been prepaying. The lady waited until I signed all the paperwork to laughingly tell me I'd overpaid so much, I had $3,000 equity in the vehicle. And that she could have given me the $3,000 in cash as part of the new loan for the car. But since I'd already signed the paperwork it was too late. Huh?! Now, we do business solely with the bank I've been with for over 30 yrs and only keep pocket change in the credit union. Since we're level 5 (highest level) customers, hubby and I never have to stand in line at the teller's window to handle transactions. Everything is done in the privacy of an office with the branch manager or our private banker. Not the kind of service I'd expect from a credit union.

Why don't you just show us the video and audio from the bank cameras? Are we allowed to see the actual interaction? The cops weren't called because she was rude. They were called because she was told to leave due to her rude behavior, but she refused to. This is not that hard to understand. If you give an attitude to an employee, they have every right to tell you to leave. Oh, but she's black, so I guess she should just be able to act any way she wants? How do people not see right through this BS?
