Union Ministry cleared₹2000 crore for mission Mausam, last week. In the first action of mission ,MoES hopes to obtain and install up to 60 weather radars,15 wind profiles and 15 radiosounds upto 2026. These instruments provide regular updates about weather but it is none different than that of National Mission which was launched in 2012. Humankind don't want to be a slave to weather, instead they try to control it . The new Mission propose various proposal, one of the proposals of new Mission is to set up a 'cloud simulation chamber' at the IITM. Meteorologists hopes to tweak the electrical characteristics of cloud so that there will be fewer lightening strikes but it's feasibility is uncertain. The complexities of climate change suggest to take multiple fronts to mitigate the effect of greenhouse emission and weather modification is not a panacea.

The curriculum incorrectly classified lesbianism and transvestism as sexual offenses, which is a backward move that violates the NMC's own guidelines and Indian laws, including the Transgenderpersons' Rights Act, 2019 and the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016. The Madras and Kerala High Courts had previously instructed universities to reject derogatory information about the LGBTQIA+ community. On August 31 the government decided to withdraw the competency based medical education curriculum guidelines published by the National Medical Commission (NMC) which retrograde moved backward according to law and order. The curriculum specified about sodomy and lesbians were unnatural sexual offences and also included transvestism or cross dressing are under the category of sexual perversion. Education is mandatory for all of us but sometimes it is look that education is not good for us..the govt decision to withdraw the competency based medical education curriculum guidelines published by the National medical Commission rich with blundering interpretation, Jenks a retrograde move back within law, in dong so nice didn't take medical student back centuries, but it did so in violation of at least a couple of laws of tha land and overlooked the guidelines it had set earlier. Today's Editorial On August 31, National Medical Commission (NMC) has published guidlines regarding to the removal of competency based education which is a regressive action. As per the curriculum lesbianism,transvestism or cross dressing are taken as sexual offence and also they removed mandatory seven hours disability competencies from the course. These guidelines breach the Transgenderpersons (protection of right) Act,2019 which was earlier introduced by NMC itself and also violate the right of person disability act 2016. They are warned for this by Madras and Kerala High court in 2021. The transgender and disability right group protested against NMC and demanded to cancel their lisence. This act is necessary for the integrity of disability components in all educational courses but this act done by government is truly shameful. The government does many things for education ,but not everything that it does for education is universal good. It strays from it's path. Recently government made a decision that is against for sodomy, lasbian and transvestite. Published on aug. 30 ,the curriculum specified that sodomy lasbian were unnatural sexual offences. They were removed from medical college 's rule by National madical commission. This is a regressive move by the commission.

Law's and guidelines are made on the recommendation of collective adresses the aspects of society and wellfare of human being, But as we have seen a discrimantion and isolation of LGBTQI+, TRANVESTIVE, LESBIANISM in the current guidelines introduce by the NMC(NATIONAL MEDICAL COMMITTEE).
