Awesome!! Thanks for sharing again!! I have the 2024 not sure if it will work the same, or if the part number is different. I tried to put my vehicle info into the BANKS search and I guess its still to new for the pedal monster. Probably the same seeing how the engines are but not sure!

I just ordered the Lastfit Brake/turn signals, they came out with a new one that will work now!! Hmm,, I posted a comment and it vanished.. I'll try this again.. I got my Pedal Monster today and anxiously waited to try out as I had installed it.. IT'S BAD A$$!!! I have never driven to the Taco Shop so fast for a Burrito!! Thanks again for sharing, Very satisfied with this purchase!! Tomorrow I'm getting my Curts trailer hitch installed along with Exhaust work done. Your thoughts on a muffler delete, straight pipe from the cat back?? I will say It's lame Chevy didn't put a real hitch on the truck....

That’s awesome to hear man! It made me a believer too lol it’s crazy how much power it gives you on command! The delete is hard to say with a turbo 4 cylinder, might be hard to have a good sound with it tbh, I’m holding off for now.

I want this but what will they say about the warranty, I know this is different but the pedal commander was making check engine lights come on the Toyota Tacomas! I wanted you to take a photo after you plugged everything in!

Pedal Commander is not safe In my opinion ! That’s why I went Banks!

Jimmy, we understand your concern about not violating the warranty. Take comfort that when you remove the PedalMonster, which takes less than 5 minutes, there is no trace left behind, digital or analog. While we recommend removing the entire module, many owners only remove the OBD plug and tuck it up under the dashboard. When service techs have to unplug something from the OBD port in order to plug in their OE diagnostic tools, that's when they get curious and start looking for aftermarket devices. If they don't have to unplug anything, it's unlikely that they'll poke around under the dash. Now, some ask, "why doesn't the truck's ECM know a PedalMonster was attached?" This is because the ECM doesn't know that it wasn't talking directly to pedal assembly. Our module intercepts the pedal reference signal, alters the signal, and forwards that altered signal to the ECM. The ECM has no idea that the signal has been manipulated. So, when you remove it, it's like it was never there.

So it is connected via bluetooth, can you still use your bluetooth concetion on hands free calling etc, or is this cut off because you are using bluetooth for this app. I hope this question makes sense.

The mobile app is only connected via Bluetooth when you want to change a setting. Most people find their preferred sensitivity level within the first few hours and leave it there. PedalMonster will remain in that setting until the next time you manually update it. In other words, you could drop your phone in the ocean and PedalMonster will continue working. Now, if you decide that you enjoy using the app while you drive, you can indeed connect to other devices in your car. Most modern iPhones and Androids will connect up to 7 Bluetooth devices simultaneously.

The auto stop actually doesn’t work with it on I believe. You cannot take the governor off though to my knowledge

While PedalMonster may slightly reduce 0-60 times, it's not significant. It's not designed for that purpose. It's designed to change the relationship between the pedal and the ECM to overcome the dead spots that the OEs build in to force you to drive like a little old lady. The technical term is Throttle Enrichment Delay. PedalMonster allows you to eliminate that delay.

I went to GM parts to order a leather steering wheel for my Colorado Trail Boss, I took a photo of mine and a new Colorado Z71 the buttons cruise control etc look identical but service tec guy said it won’t work! Can you look into this, the new steering wheel is only 300 dollars! It would look and feel so much better, every time I want to do something they shoot me down! They also told me the Silverado ZR2 wheels wouldn’t fit either but has same bolt pattern, I was gonna get a lift and had a great deal on those wheel but didn’t buy them cause of what they said,,,,these same people told me I also couldn’t bump my torque up to 430# when these trucks first came out,,but I later proved them wrong,,,I was excited about getting the same steering wheel as a Z71 or any Colorado with leather s wheel but they all ways tell me it won’t work 😖 I get part numbers from them then order things on line to save a lot of money!

It has a city mode which I believe is considered like an Eco mode, but it’s not labeled Eco mode, I hope that helps. It averages 16 miles per gallon with all of my setup

I didn’t do a 0 to 60 run, but I can and then I’ll make a short here in the future. But I’m almost certain it does change it because you have more power earlier because of the sensitivity.

It changes the relationship between the pedal and the ECM in order to overcome the dead spots in the pedal. It dramatically changes the driving experience. It' like trying to describe the affect adrenaline has on your body. When you explain it, the person listening will be skeptical... until they experience it themselves.

I don't know man ... i like Banks but im pretty sure a tune would be better .. i love my 23 canyon 0 issue but i don't like how the transmission shifts on those truck in my opinion the tranny needs a better tune i dont like how it shift slowly and if you dont do a complet stop the transmission won't go to first gear it stay on 2nd so the truck feel slugish

I haven’t had any issues with the banks, and the truck actually adapt to the shifting pattern with the sensitive throttle. I don’t want anything to imprint on the ECM so I think the bank is the best option while the truck is under warranty.

If your on track depending how hard your into it yes, if you choose city not so much. Just have to be conscious on how hard your pedal mashing. I’m still getting about 15 with my heavy rig.

I wouldn’t necessarily say it helps you save gas, it did not decrease my MPG in city mode, it actually may have gave me 1 mph better just because I don’t have to bury my foot in it to get up and go
