Just do not cross any deep water with it... Just to clarify I'm from Australia most of the vehicles we run here are Toyota Land Cruisers the current model being a twin turbo 1VD-FTE wagon or a single turbo Japanese pickup truck lots of very deep crossings in very harsh dusty country. Would be awesome if you could cover the 1VDFTE engine

Why in this video does the filter just slide in the box on this video but on my truck is freaking tight and hard to get in ???

Hey just got my cold air intake from banks it’s awesome except the rubber grommets you definitely have to cut them to size they Definitely do not cut them at the factory

At 6:53 I can see you have it attached the the stock resonator engine air intake hose instead of coupling that comes with. Why is that? Mine keeps popping out from too much road vibration should I do this too?

Doesn’t this defeat the purpose of the hood scoop?

It has the same opening as stock that lines up with the opening in the hood so you still use the hood scoop.
