The argument here is that by translating their content to diffirent language they'd get to expand their audience by a lot so even if some random guy was literally using them, they still could gain a bit from the whole situation. The biggest downside here is the consent, if the guy would ask for permission to do that i'm sure most youtubers would agree in condition of getting the full credit they deserve and sharing money between everyone involved. The guy would still have to make an effort to translate the content and youtuber would get to grow on a bigger scale by gaining new viewers.

I watched Techno's video about his passing. It brought me to tears and to my knees. I never watched his religiously but would always enjoy his content here and there and always adored his roles in the Dream SMP. Bro was quirky, based, and an amazing creator with lots of friends and a fanbase to back up those claims. To see one of the greats taken by cancer at such a young age was truly a loss, but he will still be remembered. People taking advantage of this to farm not only views, not only take money from viewers, but take it to the extent of faking donations to charity was a whole new low the internet had stooped to. They didn't care for Techno, or his dad, or his friends, family or the fanbase. Only the dosh and some clicks. There's a special place in hell for those types of people, and in the end, it all died out and it went back to normal. Something the pig king himself would've appreciated. The problem isn't that videos are being uploaded in hindi or whatever, the problem is that the content in those videos are being upoaded without consent. Potential viewerbase in the other language is irrelevant, people should have a right to decide if their material gets re-used or not. It's the same concept you lot have to consider when you upload these reaction videos. Instead of waiting for the atmosphere to turn against reaction channels more you could get ahead of the issue by asking the owners of the videos you rect to for permission to post your reactions, if you aren't already. It's not that hard of a topic to find a compromise for.
