Banoffee Cake

Ingredients
Bananas Chiffon Cake
1 1/2 cups cake flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
4 large egg yolks
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup canola or vegetable oil
1/2 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup mashed bananas
Meringue
4 large egg whites
1/2 tsp vinegar
1/4 granulated sugar
Bake in a preheated oven at 325°F for 30 to 40 minutes
8 inch round baking pan.
Frosting
1 1/2 cups whippit, whipping cream
6 tbsp cold water or milk
Filling
Fresh bananas
Caramel, I used fudge it Bakersfield
Topping

This looks amazing, I'm only changing 3 things on this one. The frosting, Carmel and dried banana chips. First 2 I can make the chips I'll switch with Biscoff crumbs.
