@@MysteryBaker I have been making low carb and keto type desserts spatodically cos have been low carbing and surprisingly, they have been very nice. I'm more of a savoury person but banoffee used to be my favourite dessert or banana split yrs ago.... A banana has a minimum of 17 carbs in it and can only have 20 carbs a day so they're banned 😂 xx
