Banshee has a great layout and great forces. It's also cool how the first drop isn't it's fastest point. It literally gains speed for half it's length. My main complaint is the lack of near miss elements or theming. The other top tier inverts have great theming near misses like Black Momba or Montu. Or have natural near misses from other rides and trees (great bear). Banshee is just in the middle of an empty field half it's ride. It would be awesome if it got a mid life refurbishment that adds near miss elements like artificial trees you just miss, or a haunted building you fly through at the bottom of one of the inversions.

Banshee is by far my favorite invert. Since it’s newer, B&M incorporated more modern elements into it, such as floater, hangtime, and best restraints.

My favorite thing to do is try to kick my legs the whole ride and fight the forces but it’s super hard especially with how many gs u pull.

I just went to KI, I went on banshee and man, It was uncomfortable with vest restraints and I felt like I nearly passed out on this thing. My uncle made a joke when we got off how it's like an actual banshee, it sucks the life out of you. 😂 Definitely a 1 and done for me.

Great review and definitely a 9/10 rating for this intense invert! Definitely the best one!

Banshee is my favorite inverted coaster! While it doesn’t have the whip of the older B&M inverts, it’s still crazy intense.

Looks like a fun invert. I'm a little surprised you said they built this in 2014. That seems to be way past the boom of when these types of rides were going up everywhere in the mid/late 90s through early 2000's. I'm actually surprised B&M was even still listing this in their catalogue of rides by 2014. Kind of seems like King Island was a little late to the party with this and surprised they did not opt to do something a little more innovative by that time.
