So interesting your comment about maybe sometimes its as if we put a ceiling on positivity...and also in morning writings there may be a time of grief realizing how we have neglected self.....love your thought process Julia, thank you for your writings and interviews...I heard you sing on one of your interviews and you have a beautiful voice.
