Sorry it's several months late. In the UK if you are talking about women and you wanted to "do her" but say it in a coarse/ churlish way to your friends you'd say "I'd give her one" as in intercourse (sorry using "nicer" words to get around youtube censorship") So, when he answered "out of 10, I'd give her one" it was a play on words. Obviously it's even funnier Bao didn't get it, provided you are in on the joke. It was actually a good example of "Rizz" on his part but it was lost in translation so to speak.
