-ingredient
plain flour 200g
nutmeg powder 1g
cinnamon powder 2g
ginger powder 4g
cocoa powder 6g
salt 2g
baking soda 4g
unsalted butter 80g
raw sugar 50g
agave syrup 20g
vanilla extract 1tsp
egg 25g
powder sugar 50g
egg white 10g
lemon juice 1tsp
vanilla extract 1tsp
water 1-2ml
-recipe
1. Put flour, nutmeg powder, cinnamon powder, ginger powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl and mix it evenly with a whisk.
2. Put the unsalted butter in a bowl at room temperature and loosen it with a handmixer.
3. Put the brown sugar in the butter, mix it with a handmixer, then add the egg and vanilla extract and whip again.
4. Divide the butter mixture by half. (Divide the A and B)
5. Sift half the powdered mixture into the ‘A cookie batter’ and mix.
5. Add cocoa powder to the powder mixture and mix it with ‘B cookie batter’.
6. Cover dough A and B with plastic wrap and fridge for 1 hour.
7. Sprinkle the baking mat with dust powder and push the dough to a thickness of 3mm.
8. Take the desired cookie cutter and panning.
9. Bake in a pre-heated 180℃ / 356℉ oven for 10 mins.
10. Whip the whites and vanilla extract in a powder sugar firmly.
11. Add lemon juice and add a small amount of water to the concentration. If the line disappears after 10 seconds, the icing is complete!
