@@ChrisBrown-ir6sf 2008-12 Barcelona was a better all around team, but on pure offense 1991-1994 Barcelona was even better, I never seen a team playing that way, before or after... of course, this almost suicidal offensive attitude caused big failures, but they won fair enough and above all, gave people the greater shows. That Cruyff years are the most underrated regarding any coach and team, because they put that show on an era of teams playing catenaccio, with 5 defenders many times, and still Cruyff tried to change it with a vision that exceded any particular triumph or personal achievement, the guy paved the way to what is football today, although in my mind Guardiola was guilty of changing that vision Cruyff had, turning it in a too controlled game, too calculated and boring

Honestly, Romario opened my eyes that day, made me realise that there are levels in this game, his goal and assist looked like sorcery to me, going past a defender as if he wasn't there and then shooting right down the middle, where the goal keeper doesn't expect it... for the assist, just nonchalantly laying it off, barely a touch... one of the greatest players of all time
