We disembarked from our Princess Cruise to Bar Harbor, Maine for a day of exploring in a rental car from Acadia Gem Rentals to Acadia National Park. Yes you can rent a car much cheaper. Turo app has several choices of locals. Worked great. Car was delivered right to West St.

Looks like a beautiful place. I definitely won't be going there anytime soon. Since they're limiting the size of cruise ships and consumers to the area, I have NO DESIRE to visit. I understand why, just no desire to visit. I'll get my lobster somewhere else

Gotta say, we agree. The lobster is VERY expensive. I knew about the issue with the passenger cap, but chose to just focus on basic info. I have another cruise coming up with this port, so I'll find out if the experience is drastically different.
