BAR HARBOR, MAINE PART 1: Acadia National Park, South Bubble, & Lobster Rolls

Our 3rd stop on our New England Fall Road Trip is Bar Harbor, Maine! We spent 3 nights & 2.5 days here exploring Downtown Bar Harbor, going on some epic hikes in Acadia National Park, & having some Lobster Rolls. The fall colors were going off when we arrived! All of the colors were at peak & the weather was amazing! In this first part of our time in Bar Harbor we have our first lobster rolls, see Thunder Hole, Otter Cliffs, & the absolutely beautiful South Bubble! We also have an unexpected but amazing encounter in town. Hope you enjoy this vlog & stay tuned for Part 2 as we hike the most dangerous hike in all of Acadia National Park!!

Hey Anna, we're so sorry for just getting back to you! We were there October 15-18 of 2022. It was perfect timing in our opinion just because the fall foliage was peaking. How was it when you went in November of 23'?

I stumbled on Cafe This Way while there in June 21 on a solo motorcycle camping trip. Really funky vibe and the best food and coffee. The name refers to the saying in the LGBTQ community ( born This Way ) , I believe. I didn't realize that until I went. I bought their sweatshirt and my buddies rib me about it, but they were so welcoming and friendly that I could care less.

Hey! Yes we were there 2nd week of October. It was perfect time for Bar Harbor, but will say Vermont & NH we were end of Peak. Saw perfect leaves for Vermont Oct 11-13, but by 13-15 the leaves were sparse in NH.
