Flatten it, lift chest, not be rounded forward

More lordosis of the thoracic as opposed to kyphosis (not too much tho)

What if you have a prominent vertebra bump right about where the bar should rest? Would you bear with it even if it looks like a third knee, or go low-ish bar?

You need to position the bar to avoid it
