exactly it doesn't have to be "roid rage" i don't use steroid (i don't even have much muscle lol) and have gotten this way it just takes a bad enough situation where you have no real way to let out your anger for me it was the death of a friend because of that i had this kind of reaction your so angry maybe even a mix of sad but at that moment you can't properly express it so your body cries you can't/don't want to hit anyone so you hit a wall or some other object.
