Gay (LGBTQ) is a class of people. Black is a race of people. How do you expect any white or black president to do anything that only one race would benefit from? What did you expect him to do, give every black American $50,000? Or say that every black American must have a job and force companies to hire only blacks? Congress couldn't even pass a $10,000 student loan relief package. Do you honestly believe those white lawmakers in D.C. would pass any legislation that only benefits black folks? We need to be honest with ourselves. I would have loved it if there was more done with police reform. Far too many police officers are getting away with murdering unarmed black and brown people. But again, police reform would affect all communities, not just the black community. What were you expecting from the black president that only blacks would benefit from?

But I'm bless to have a fluid unbiased mind, and after the fact, I just look objectively at the evidence, and Anderson is right. Affordable Care Act allowed companies to offer people Healthcare without giving it to them. Allowing them to take an extra dollar at an hour away. Making some people's wage legally lower than minimum wage. That also caused many corporations to start employing less than full-time work so we had to get multiple jobs and balance the schedules so again they could pay their employees less but since they offer Healthcare they could pay them even less than minimum wage

The sort of health care he wanted was universal As in UK and Australia Everyone is covered Employers need not do anything. He was very successful considering both sides of congress were against him at every turn. Love the double standard … NOT Both sides stopped him … but why did he not do anything. Now Biden pushed through with good programmes even though many voted against him Now they are taking credit for the success in their own electorates ( because it’s working) even though they voted against it. Some nerve.
@jasonruggles4622
@jasonruggles4622 Жыл бұрын
@@aussiemiss1442 if you're saying he as an Obama wanted universal healthcare you're tripping because he did not. He literally put forward Obamacare which was just Mitt Romney's health-care plan for his State Rewritten to Country-Wide. He promised a single-payer healthcare system or universal healthcare but failed because he didn't try. The Democrats had a supermajority for almost six years and did nothing to help the average American person that's why so many people went from Obama to Trump voters. He literally didn't try to put forward any bills for universal healthcare, he pushed nobody in Congress or the Senate to put forward universal healthcare, he didn't try to executive order, he literally did nothing didn't raise minimum wage you didn't help me evil eyes marijuana he didn't do a single thing he promised to do. just like he did nothing when it came to Roe v Wade, he promised to make that intil law, now it's overturned because he didn't make it into law. because he said it wasn't important at the time because we were not worried about it being overturned. Look where we're at today. Obama literally had a supermajority for the first six years of his presidency which means if he would have utilized any of his power as president of the United States and not just the president but the most popular president of all time he could have forced Democratic senators and congressmen and tell them if you do not help me pass these bills that I want passed I will literally campaign against you your next run. that's what FDR did the most powerful the popular president besides him of all time now because obama did nothing. While FDR created the Golden Age of economics. obama was a Centrist pretending to be a progressive and wanted nothing more to be the new Bill Clinton he did nothing for the American people we will not have real change until people stop pretending that Obama was anything good cuz the well-known Centrist Democrat Joe Biden has done more Progressive stuff than Obama ever did. And Biden has the entire Republican Party fighting him the entire time Angie doesn't have a supermajority and he has kyrsten Sinema and Joe manchin. also like I said in the original post Obamacare literally forced You by law to get Healthcare if you did not you were fined. so if you couldn't afford Healthcare you get a fine. if the job offered health care but also employs you part-time, they did not actually have to give you health care but they were allowed to take an extra $1 an hour away from your paycheck because they offered Health Care even though you did not get it. there are so many loopholes in that that's screwed the people which literally made it where the average person instead of working a full-time job and a part-time job now we have to work 3 to 4 part time job because no place wants to hire more than 32 hours a week cuz Obamacare lets them profit an extra dollar-an-hour.

The problem in the black community starts with for one to be successful they have to separate themselves from the rest of the community... Once the person separates and becomes successful they have been away from the community so long they will not identify with the struggles of the community. Black folk must learn to cheer on and encourage each other. I see so many stories of black women dying while giving birth and such and not a single black celebrity making a contribution to Healthcare. Black celebrities could build hospitals could help black med and nursing students through school. But what are they doing? Getting as many women pregnant as possible. We hear stories about black folk getting mistreated by police and they are very sad. Is there any black celebrity helping black law students with tuition fees? Is there any encouragement in the black community for them to join the police force. Black folk need to cheer on and encourage each other. Even as professionals they need to hold hands and encourage each other. Let it not be that for someone to succeed they had to separate themselves from others.

I am not sure if everyone is aware of what is going on in America but America is going through a major crisis when it comes to morality. Some of the racist people in power and some of our black men helped create this atmosphere: prison pipeline system, gentrification, poor performance in education, no fathers in the home, the feminization of black men, the promotion of thuggery over the black love movement is just a few examples. We lack discipline and structure in our communities. Why do we have to always look 👀 foolish? Why are we always looking immoral and immature? Why are our people being pushed agendas that aren’t acceptable in any other communities? I like to be entertained but some of this stuff is weaponized to hurt us.

Obama was trained and raised by white people. Because you look at his skin color, you associate yourself with him. My family history reflects the experience of Negro, colored, Black and African American people of this land. I really didn't know any white people in a family or person situation until I was an adult. That was Obama main perspective most of his life until he tried to become Black man when he went to college.

We don't need a messiah to work on our behalf. We have the expertise, knowledge and the capacity to work for ourselves. We're always looking for handouts and then when we don't get them, we complain. thats foolish, sorry but they were talking about more than a empty image that a brother can be president...lol.... you just want to hold on to the obama dream then ok....folks are doing the same thing with phony kamala ...pretending they cant see through her pretense...she dont give a damn about being black or black folks-its a damn act her allegiance just like obama's is to the white power elite.. (and its new lgbtq component) .. being a president but you cant do what your people need is useless that's the point ! but then he wants to pretend he did something ? it was all a show! well done show..... they invaded africa quietly ( i call it the megan markle strategy, -get a mulattoo pretend its black, manufacture resistance to her because she is supposedly "black" - that way the population mostly female of course will all jump to defending her and identify with her although she dont look nothing like them and use that to anesthetize the Black population and those who feel for their plight-right back to sleep, while they initialize more plans to consolidate american hegemony over the world. in this case in Africa! where america opened up 30 AFRICOM MILITARY bases in Africa under the tax payers noses. killed qaddafi caused unbridled suffering to Africans caught in libya who were beaten raped held in dungeons starving and sold into slavery. all so we can clap and watch obama give good speeches sing or dance as the women scream ...and you wonder why the elite and those in power have no respect for the mind and intellect of the masses.?

One of the toughest jobs I have had to do in my life as a White male has been to be viewed as a supporter of Affirmative Action and such. In some respects I would like to believe that concepts of equality and such help everyone but I ended up homeless after College and nobody cared. Quite frankly that is fine with me because I'd rather be self-reliant anyway. I blame being homeless on not being able to cope with the hostility everywhere over race, discrimination and such and it seems to me - just like this guy here - everybody hates you on this subject. I agree with a lot of this. I've never benefited at all from involvement with Politics. Truth is probably politicians caused my homelessness as well. So does it or doesn't it help us all? Adults were coming around when I was a kid and approaching me with questions about politics and Government and I'd be crazy not to think it was of interest... but there is talk around that politicians leave trails of a lot of dead bodies and such... that there are men they have hurt and lives destroyed to get to power. Being President is about the Military and foreign policy and roads and Health and Education and he's done a lot for race by simply being "Black". I finally caught that first hand hold on the mountain a few years ago but I'm not sure how many times I'll be falling back to the ground before I can begin my ascent and begin actually living my life. You have to be there and see it if politicians hurt you personally. It is hard to explain if you haven't participated and haven't been hurt. I quit talking politics a few years ago then came back because of some input from a few individuals. I don't want to sound as if I'm worth anything to people or anything. After all they HAVE to justify ripping me off by believing I'm not worth anything. I guess these men run the country and keep the ship afloat. Does it help or hurt Blacks to have Obama as President. I definitely do not know.
