The thing is is that there are two version of barbara's voice, and the depressed one is actually the one they use in cutscenes. They only recently updated her overworld lines, such as battle and running, but they are what they should have been since the beginning (not that they sound better lol). if you look up "genshin barbara voice", a video made in august of the cutscene of barbara seeing the holy lyre in closed beta test 2 and closed beta test 3 is comparing her voicelines, and the CBT2 voice lines match up with her battle voice lines, but the CBT3 voice lines are the ones that are used in the cutscene today
