In today's video I will guide you through a barbell only full body workout. Give this workout a go and let me know how it goes!
Workout:
Back Squat: 8-12 reps x 4 sets
L-sit Pull-ups: 5-8 reps x 4 sets
Deadlifts: 10-12 reps x 4 sets
Incline Bench Press: 10-12 reps x 4 sets
