Barber Motorsports Park Track Day With Jzilla 4-22-2019

After getting my car back from repairs, I take it to Barber Motorsports park in Birmingham Alabama with Jzilla for my next track day of 2019.

Here is a brief clip of the second track day of 2019 at Barber Motorsports Park with Jzilla. After the repairs from the money shift a week and a half later we were back on track and he handled like he always have. LIKE A BOSS. No issues what so ever with him on track after the repairs. Its been over 2 years since I last hit Barber and it showed when I first went out there for a few sessions. Hey nice to see you with good 'ole reap rippin' around again. That was fun watching you with that red Camaro. He caught you napping and then you caught him later. I noticed a few mistakes with your speed into those tight corners but you're driving is pretty good anyways.

Turns 2 and 16. I already kno what you're referring to. Those are the 2 turns i never got 100% correct. If you wwatched the last part of the video when I did my fastest lap, those were the best instances I took those corners. I go back in June and I'm going to clean those up a bit.

Appreciate it brotha. That GS was looking good on track in your vid. JTI has an event there June 1-2. I already signed up for the 2nd. That track is to fun to wait till next year to go back. I barely even loss any tread.

Yeah it was definitely a warranty shift 😂😂😂😂. Which track do I like more?? That's like asking a father to choose which is his favorite child. LoL. They are both great and epic tracks to drive. Barber is more technical, whole Road Atlanta is more speed. I'd say I like barber more because it's more of a drivers course than Road Atlanta.

Yuppers, there was a buggy out there. He was usually the first one in the staging area which meant we all had to pass him.

Nice to see you and Reap back on track, especially after what happened last time. Were you nervous at all? Any hesitation while shifting from 3 to 4??

Nervous? Not in the slightest bit. No hesitation when shifting either. Was trying out different hand positions and a few times it led to a few miss shifts, but never had any hesitations

More 1LEs on my home track - I love it! Glad to see Reaper is back in his natural environment. Where will you be taking it to next? I'll be out there in July trying out my new track wheels. Apex Wheels is releasing 19" wheels with 1LE specific offsets and widths and are hubcentric. Should save around 7-9lb per corner!

Yes sir. We were going at it for a while in the last two sessions. He would get me on the straights, but I'd get him in the corners. It was fun.

Depends on the tracks I hit. I've had my 1LE for 1.5 years and will be on my 4th set of tires in less than 1 month
