Barber Motorsports Park w/Chin Motorsports - SEP2014

Having some fun with my (new to me) Pro Formula Mazda and the very skilled, professional and courteous Chin Motorsports Advanced Solo group. Still a lot to learn with this car but it was great seat time. This video was compiled from Replay XD and MoTeC ADL source files using DashWare editing software.

Hmm. Didn't know Chin allowed open wheel cars, very cool. You should come back to Barber this weekend with Tracks Unlimited (they have space) and I'd have someone to run with. Great track! You will be able to carry much more speed as you feel comfortable with the car. I drive an SCCA D-Sportsracer. Come join us.

I just got a PFM for a Track Day car,and trying to figure everything out. Is your 70psi oil pressure high enough? The StarMazda Guide says it should be around 100psi. Please let me know. Thx

Hey Maris! Um I don't think you ever got 147 out of it at Barber ha ha. Maybe in the CA desert! Wait for my COTA videos in November - then we'll see what it really does. I've been over 200mph in Corvettes, straight line speed in this car will always seem slow with aero drag! And I'd be happy to put your stickers back on for some sponsorship money! Actually the rear wing still has your company name, but that's it. I had the front shock cover repaired and re-painted and cleaned up the side pods. CrackerLS2 - Barber is a long drive.. wish it wasn't! One of my favorite tracks. I ran AMP with Tracks Unlimited once, so maybe see you at another event sometime. It's definitely more fun when other race cars show up. I used to have a Formula Enterprise, so I'm familiar with your car. I'm usually at tracks in FL and sometimes Atlanta. I make a long haul once or twice a year for fun.
