The single magnet guards work GREAT on the Wahl clippers too.

Good video Sir. The singles were obviously made to tap into the market that the doubles don't work on. So sure, if you buy the singles to use on a Fast Feed, you're going to be disappointed. You just need to look at the screw placements on the clipper blades to work out which ones you need. Andis just wanted to cover all clippers with purple :-)

I was laughing when you mentioned the doubles to be hard to find in some places. I just ordered a Fast Feed and tried to get my hands on a set of those double guards. I ended up on ebay paying roughly 50 euros ($60) to a shop in California to get them shipped and through customs here in Germany, and that was the cheapest one available :-)

I use the single magnets with the zr2 with the 000 blade. I don’t got all the blades yet 🤷🏾‍♂️

Can’t compare them from the sides cause the outter teeth are to hold the gaurds on the clippers. The thickness of that don’t matter. You have to compare the inner teeth thickness to see if there the same size. But I’m still gone order some singles magnets gaurds.

What if you were able to find flat screws for the envy li? would the double magnetic guard fit?

Replace the screws at a hard ware store so they are flush and you can use the double magnets 😇💫🙌🏽🙌🏽 you taught me a lot tho thanks man #NoviceBarber

I just bought the envy li and I live them with. grey gaurds which I just bought the single mag today buy I also use my majic clip 1.5 clip to blend with the two

Yup! You can hack the doubles to fit the us pro’s, but it’s a lot of work.

I HATE TH SINGLE MAGS.... THE DOUBLES ARE BETTER... BUT YOU HAVE TO REMEMBER THAT THE SINGLES WERE DESIGNED TO FIT WAHL TOO THAT'S WHY THEY ARE BIGGER... FOR ME, WHEN I USE WAHL I USE WAHL GUARDS AND THE SAME WHEN I USE THE ANDIS MASTERS OR FAST FEEDS I USE THE DOUBLE MAGS... IN THE END IT'S ALL ABOUT WHAT WORKS FOR YOU...

Only the singles. You don’t need the half and 1.5 in double magnetics.

Stick with the double magnetic guards, or speedo guards. I haven’t tried the new premium guards that Andis came out with recently.

The Grey Gards that are for the model LCL, or aac-1 they fit on the andis master? Because I get the guards 1/2 and 1 1/2 for the model that I mentioned, but the guy told me that those are same for the master and works ok, is true?

Just another question man. I find that the open lever doesnt blend very well into the 0 guard which is a 0.5 on a Wahl clipper. The 1.5mm on the wahl guards seen to cut alot closer. Could this be true? Other than that i gave them clippers another chance and im so glad i bought them.

That is possibly true. Some hair textures don’t blend well into the 0 guard. The reason the Wahls cut closer is because of the surgical blade. The surgical blade open is shorter than the Envy blade open. In turn, that would make all of the Wahl guards seem shorter than the Andis guards. I hope this helps and that you understand this.

Problem is you cant use DOUBLES with Andis USPRO LI/ENVY LI , and Singles are not that great, so you end up with Grey ones and most people are complaining abt grey ones not taking lines out with nr 0 guard?

+Run Beast the singles work out good for me. You have to learn how to use them. My 0 guard works fine for me. If you really give them a chance, you will like them.

I use the Wahl premium guards or the Andis single magnetic guards. Of course I have the Wahl fade blade on mine.

Yea! It’s ironic that you commented. Because I was thinking yesterday that they should have made the same mold of the double magnetic guard, only with a single magnet. Glad I don’t use guards a lot.

I need some advice. I have the us pro li's and the standard guards that come with it are WAYYYYY too sharpe! Are the single magnetics just as shape? No chance im usuing them on a clients head..

Two things can happen with the single magnetic guards. They will either dull out over time, or you will adjust to them. In my case, I did adjust to them, and they broke in because I left them In barbicide way too long. I actually no longer use them because I fade with blades now.

I hate those guards it wasn’t cutting hair so I switched back to the double magnetic guard and it fixed the problem I threw away the single magnetic guards they are trash cheaply made

+Guerilla Wright I recommend the single magnetics Andis guards, or if the speedo guards would work, try those. The problem with the singles, is that the two guard is trash compared to the double magnetics.

+Guerilla Wright just beware that certain hair types and the way the hair projects from the scalp can be difficult for the number 2 single magnetic guard. That's why I prefer the double magnetic two guard because it has more teeth which allows you to pick up the hair easier.
