I’m pretty sure Whitney uses the Steffie mold, so the difference is just the screening. When I looked up the molds, I saw there were also some using this mold with red hair in the 80s, and they were called Midge. They look very similar to this one.

I love the redhead. She is my favorite! I did my hair almost exactly like her in Jr. High in 1987. Of course my bangs were higher. I too wore reeboks. And I totally forgot about the layered socks! 😂

I wouldn’t mind a reproduction of the pink holiday Barbie from the 90s (the one where it was huge, hot pink, and sparkly tulle) but I’m not sure the quality would be similar.

I love that they used the face molds used Barbies in the the 80s. I had a LOT of 80s Barbies as a kid because my mom got quite a few of my toys and VHS tapes from garage sales. I’m an early 2000s kid.

Love the Stephie face mold. I also love the 80’s. I had 3 pairs of Reeboks, 1 pair of LA gear. I couldn’t get yellow Reeboks. So I went to Kinney shoes and got yellow knock offs. The dolls need very poofed up bangs and hair. I wore a lot of long shirts and tights as well as poofed up sleeves and padded shoulders.

Yay rewind Barbie’s ❤️❤️❤️ I always wanted Jem dolls when I was kid in the 80s & 90s I would use highlighters on my Barbie’s to color their hair and usually I cut their hair too 😂😍 yes pretty woman 💯 that brown dress with polka dots is so so good 👍👍👍 😂 shoulder pads I hated those so much as a kid 😂

I so like the redhead! When they would release her in Italy I would surely buy her. I like the dress of the other one, but I don't really like the fact that she has an open mouth, I'm not a fan of the open-mouthed Barbies. I played Barbies with the next door neighbor girl all the time and we made our own version of "Dallas" called "Houston"...it got rill. Later I rocked the aqua Converse high tops with my OP board shorts and achieved a look that was tubular
