Sorry guys, no Terrible Tuesday this week.
I filmed one, but it wasn’t very interesting (meaning my reaction was super lame). I filled my “bad movie” quota for the week with the failed review and didn’t want to torture myself with another one lol.... So instead, I watched this.
I guess some people might consider this a “bad” movie, but I personally love it!

I've said it before and I'll say it again: Barbie movies *slap!* I am a 6', 200+lbs, 24yo man and I love these movies. "But, wait, Kyle... What were you doing watching Barbie movies? Don't most guys stereotypically watch "manlier" things?" Well, perhaps, yes, but I have a younger sister with A.D.D who'd demand that I "watch this movie with me!" then would get bored 5 minutes in and leave. But by then I'd be invested and finish the film. It's been years, but I look back on them fondly. (And before anyone asks; my favorites were 'Barbie as Rapunzel' and 'Barbie in the Nutcracker' although 'Barbie as The Princess and the Pauper' is a close contender.)

Honestly sounds like what happens to me when there are kids about a decade younger than me at a party (their parents were college friends of my parents and were at their wedding). They ask for a movie and I get invested in it while they are gone 20 minutes in.

now that you mention it, i wonder if the father or 'papa' is a descendant of Odette and Daniel. The mother I think was the one to inherit the castle considering the magic there that seems to come from her family. And maybe that's how they came to love each other, their shared love for music and dance from both sides of the family. Papa does look like a combination of Odettes dad, and daniel-- to me anyway. That's my head cannon.
