I discovered your channel a couple of days ago and love it! I’m 72 years old and received my first Barbie doll in 1960 after my tonsillectomy. In addition, my mother bought me the iconic strapless black gown with the microphone. I was hooked immediately and spent many years playing and re-creating her look. Then, my daughter and I continued, throughout her childhood , playing with Barbies. My mother was a collector and I made oodles of money selling her extensive Bob Mackie collection as well as her Holiday Barbies. Alas I had no room for them and wanted others to enjoy each beautiful creation. Her dolls were all MIB! You are Ab-Fab! I’m disabled and get so much pleasure watching your makeovers. I love her face! It reminds me of early 2000s Barbie face mould with the smaller features and less rounded eyes. Now for the looks! As usual I LOVE THEM ALL! But the last one is definitely my fav she is such a kawaii girl 🥰And the format is so fun and magical plus I’m obsessed with the song you always use. This doll is really special. She is a throw-back to a better Barbie era in several ways. Her face isn’t pixelated, she has an actual knitted sweater, and you said her hair is saran. I also love the Neysa mold. I haven’t bought an Extra doll in awhile, but this one is a must-have. I love the looks you gave her, but she does look good as-is too, except for the box hair.

She is one of my favorites from the Extra line. I love the face mold and her make up with her dark lip color is beautiful. The last look was my favorite. Such a pastel dream. I remember I really needed that skintone. It’s called LA Tan if I’m not mistaken? I had Cat Burglar head and I wanted to give her adult body (end result looks nice, believe me). And I ALMOST bough blue top but luckily I found out that blue top have 2 skin tones. And LA tan is WAY more expensive. But luckly we have doll brand Sophia in Russia and she have almost identical skintone to LA tan. She even have curvy bodies. And cost like 5$? Body quality is lower but it’s not horrible. It better than some cheap ali express bodies. If you have friend you know in Russia (I assume those dolls can be also be found in Belarus and Ukraine but I’m not 100% sure) you can ask them to get you a few.

@@Barbination I think it's fine when it's intentional, or incidental when playing with dolls. But upskirt shots or chest out in doll photography is distracting from what you're trying to do. I think it ruins a photo in the same way it would with a person... it's unflattering and sloppy. But I got yelled at when I pointed it out once, even though I said "I don't know if you care" and it turned out they did care in a big way... about any suggestion of criticism. But to me it would be like if I was taking a picture in a beautiful park and there was a pile of cow manure or someone blowing their nose or scratching their behind visible... I would want to know if I hadn't noticed that, and it detracts from the picture.😂
