My 5th greatgrandfather, Jacob Nester, settled Nesterville in Barbour County.

My father's Scottish ancestor settled there around 1770 after marching with General Braddock in 1755 from Norfolk to the Pittsburgh area to fight the French. Family lived there 150 years than migrated to San Francisco in 1920 where my father and myself were born.
