03:32 - I love how humble they are, because I gotta say, I thought a LOT of the guys were really good.

Ah man you guys really should go to valencia! I'm not from there, but they've got a massive model of gulliver, from gulliver's travels, which you can climb all over. it's a cool city. maybe next year.

Looking forward to Paris! Hope David Belle would show up in Lysses! May the Flow Be With You, ps: This pain in the sternum that Danny speaks about in 1:30 seems to be Osteocondritis, which is a inflammation in the joint between the sternum and the ribs...

@UrbanSomething Hi mate, I myself have recently started parkour and have had jumpers knee. My best advice would be to A: Rest it up, I know you might want to go out and train but believe me, it's better to rest it and let it get better than to train with a constant pain! :D and B: Go to your GP and ask about a knee brace i've heard that Mueller (i think thats how it's spelt :P) make a good one :D I hope I have helped a bit and remember to rest it up! :) Safe training~Quinn

I find it very annoying when more people are way more interested in the movement itself than the life experiences that these people are sharing. I feel that the message is just as important as the movement

U__________U???? We had no idea what to expect in Barcelona. Were we going to have anyone turn up at the jam? Where were the good places to train? But Daniel had faith it would all just work out... and it did!???? He just went shopping barcelona. We told him to training, was he lonely to find the places, it is normal not find good sites.....
