what an amazing comeback Ryan wow! I broke my ankle severely and had screws put in it, so I know what the pain is like. Its crippled me pretty badly from PK so far. So this is very inspirational for me to never stop as well :) Do you still have pain in your leg from all that metal in there? My boy Dylan Baker did some work with you and he says he can't even tell you were ever injured so badly...

parkour/free running is ot about being better than anyone else. That´s the reason why many people "start" training. They go to our gyms, join our jams.... But they don´t train properly. They just want to meet new people. And they know that they will be acceptet in the scene, even if they dont have skill at all, or at least the desire to get better. If you are surrounded by people who just want to meet friends it´s quiet annoying if u want to train
