As a Barca fan I can guarantee Flick will do better than Xavi. Not saying they will win liga or UCL but they will compete better. This is what a flick will brings instantly: - better mentality - man management - better in game tactics- tactical response - improved physicality After all we need a changed, Xavi has reached his limit even he admitted it. Also some Players gotta go, like Ferran etc: I’m sure the board will bring couple of players like, Kimmich and a speedy winger. He will also want a different defender than Cancelo: unlike many may think Flicks team isn’t bad at defending: all in all it will be a big improvement.
