Barco CNHD-81B DLP Projector Lamp Replacement

If one lemp not going to turn on...... Replace lamp still have not working.... Please describe how we check the projector lamp.... And what's problem

what does the screen say for errors? Did you replace the full housing or just the lamp? The Timer chip is important.

If one of the lugs is broken, how do I remove the lamp?

It is a little tricky but it is doable. Loosen the other two first. Then if the back handle snapped off, use a flat blade screwdriver that is slightly smaller than the hole with the broken lug . Push in gently and turn. Hopefully the blade digs into the plastic enough to allow you to turn it. You might want to try pushing in and rocking the lug back and forth a tiny bit to loosen it up. I bet the locking portion is stuck to the plastic with burnt dust and whatever else gets in there. Worse case, you can use that screwdriver to crack the thing that holds the lug but I have used the flat blade driver thing a few times. Good luck!
