Some plastic surgeons should have their license revoked. Her poor nose, it must be so hard to breathe. And she had a cute nose before surgery, I won't blame her for getting it but they took way to much cartilage off. As someone who has trouble with breathing with my natural nose, I don't like my nose but I'm too scared to have worse breathing after if something goes wrong. Nothing worse than not being able to breathe through your nose, it feels suffocating.

That is to say, she isn't able to see the entire picture. She might think, blue eyes are pretty, I want blue eyes, so she gets contact lenses, but doesn't realize that on her, they don't look good, same for the lips. She thinks, big lushious lips are beautiful, but fails to understand that they look out of proportion on her face. She can't see the entire picture. Someone who is normal looks at what looks good on him and is aware of proportions, she's not. She ends up looking like a Frankensteinian creature made up of different body parts that look phony and artificial. She would look better if she reduced her lip volume and those basketball sized boobs. The hair extensions don't help either. She should cut her hair maybe down to her shoulders and darken the blond a bit; a dirty blonde look would look better... P.S. Tragically, she destroyed her nose. She was so set on having a tiny pixie nose that she destroyed the cartilage with multiple sugeries not unlike Michael Jackson. She would of course look better with a longer nose, but I think that she doesn't have that option anymore.

Being a real woman is not expensive at all, unfortunately he will never understand that. Yes you can pay for all that surgery to attempt to resemble a woman, but we all know your gender is assigned at birth and he will always be a man under all the falseness and make-up. I'm sure I will be lambasted for my opinion but it is an honest one. I feel very sad for him that he had to turn to surgery to find happiness and perfection (in his mind). A few years ago he was literally overjoyed to be Roddy with a perfectly enhanced body. What next....can you imagine the damage all this surgery has done to his body, let alone his mental attitude. Just very sad.
