This with stakeout literally gives 5% on a d20 great skillcheck. I feel people overlook the generator part of the perk because of the funny music aspect

stake out doesnt use its tokens on greats im pretty sure

@@Perseus-444 stake out , whenever you hit a normal skill check it turns into a great skill check and adds +1 percent onto that certain thing thats being healed, repaired, etc, so essentially you hit a normal skill check, it will still give you that 3-4 percent per.

I just read the patch notes and they changed it to a 90 second duration which mean it's a effects last longer but also has 90 second cooldown... IDK to me it's a nerf since you can't spam it anymore

this might be another "make your choice" nerfs, where its better at tier 1 then at tier 3, wouldn't be suprised if people don't level it

The perk says that you have the complete the song to gain the effects, but what does that mean? Do you only have to play the song until you get the dice roll results?

The dice roll happens first then the song. You need to complete the song for the perk to take effect. If you don’t then the perk will just go on cooldown with no effect.

@@daybreak785 So I've been testing it, and sadly, I think it works exactly like Streetwise (without the lingering effect). Not as good or cool as I thought it was 😢
