What a great idea! I'm interested to see what construction techniques you chose to use on this design.

Watching the video on Nicks channel I made my first whip while caravanning over Christmas. I then made another with the same technique when I got home but I used the chair stopper as the foundation for a chevron heel knot (also from nicks channel) as the ones I used were tappered just right. I have since made another using Nicks current bullwhip technique. Thanks for the videos this is fast becoming a great new hobby

Walking stick feet also fit nicely at the heel. and come in a decent variety of colours and designs. I used them for a while on my whips

I've made a few of these since I saw the tutorial on Nick's channel. I build them with a weighted core and they perform well. I recently made a 4.5ft version that cracks super easy and is quite loud. 😁 Thank you!
