If I use pcb as conducting plate and paint it than can I use it as moisture sensor in soil..? Will this same circuit u shown works..?

Hello, if you want sense moisture in soil, we'd recommend a moisture sensor!

Question .. do this sensor requiers electricity from ardruno board or is it self generating and giving electricity to board?
@bareconductive04 жыл бұрын
Hello! They receive electricity from the board!
@vlooop21794 жыл бұрын
@@bareconductive0 btw did you measure hoe much voltage this thing generates in idle position.. I mean without board.. I've seen a ppl using these sensors to generate electricity
@bareconductive04 жыл бұрын
@@vlooop2179 I'm not sure what you mean by "thing". The paper sensor doesn't generate voltage, but the Arduino has an output voltage of 5VDC.

Is it possible to do the same process using raspberry and resistors only? Or it is imposible without a hat or some module
@bareconductive04 жыл бұрын
You should be able to as it just using the digital pins of the Arduino!

Hi. Can you make the same circuit using STM32? And how would you write the code for it?
@bareconductive05 жыл бұрын
Hello! Having a quick look at it, it should be possible, you can find the library here: playground.arduino.cc/Main/CapacitiveSensor/
