Enjoying my Under Armour Reign 6 to gym and walk in. Lots of ground feel, huge toe box, 2mm drop, and importantly no grifter tax in the purchase price after coupons.

Definitely worth the hype and with so many options popping up month to month, it makes the transition easier at any budget. Calf pain, plantar fasciitis, numbness and circulation issues were a huge problems for me before I made the choice and I can even squat all the way down now with feet flat, which I could never do without going up on my toes. The world feels different while traversing in barefoot shoes, it definitely adds to the adventures.

I love Altra's way of doing things. "barefoot" inspired shoes, but with enough stack height to not make your foot hurt on concrete and hard surfaces. My ideal setups for now are for low impact exercise and for non-walking day shoes: as minimal shoes as possible or even no shoes if it is safe environment. For medium impact exercise: Altra's way, minimal 0-drop, with enough stack to not hurt your feet. For high impact same, but with more advanced stack with positional impact resistance and bit more rigid for direction changes. For "standing" work arch support, no or minimal for rest of the applications. No shoes inside home.

I'm all for barefoot shoes for stability and function, neurological feedback and calf/tendon flexibility, but is there any evidence that anterior pelvic tilt is bad? Any studies which prove it causes pain and instability?
