Can THE NOISE Beat Pizza Tower While Time's Up?

Thanks for showing my video! As a slight clarification because my description was kind of confusing, the technique I used in the video is called a hywoost (hyper-wall-boost), which actually works differently from a normal wall boost. It’s performed in a similar way, but you also have to perform a crusher jump at the same time. I don’t really know how it works, but after the wall boost gives the Noise up to Mach 4 speed, the small speed boost from the crusher jump is added ON TOP of that, letting you go faster than the usual speed cap. This would normally be impossible for a human to do, but if you bind a button that performs a crusher jump and a tornado at the same time in the menu, it actually becomes feasible :)

Yeah, I wasn't as clear with the level order this time. I started with ones that were easy and showed how The Noise's movement differs from Peppino. Then it was levels that are basically the same with Peppino or The Noise. Then the progressively more difficult ones

The sick ollie is entirely optional. If you hit grab while doing the tornado move, it'll cancel right back into mach run. Well, mach run slide, since you'll still be holding down, but unlike a regular grab-slide, you can get back up right away.

A pizza granny (on floor four I believe) tells you that you don't need mach 3 to do your super jump, unlike some other Italian. (Yes they did confirm that the noise was Italian in that same pizza granny dialogue). She also tells you this in the tutorial. 8:18 its much faster to do a wall bounce and then grab out of it than to turn around.

in swap mode you can just ignore the ollie he does by switching to peppino when you touch the ground

also, you can create a multibind for the crusher cancel (infinite jump) and just spam it to fly even quicker. the bind is UP, JUMP, and RUN

things you over complicated: 1:28, you can press grab to spin out of the ollie once you tornado down to the bottom 1:35, spin out of the ollie and onto the door, the spin bumps the goblin making it easier to get in the door 4:40, just crouch lol and then crusher jump over the boost pads constantly 7:03, this actually isn't over complicated up until here 7:13 where you could just crusher jump and grab to the left I just thought to mention this is actually a really good way of getting past this section also 9:14, *crusher jump and grab* 10:09, This works but also, *C R U S H E R J U M P S* 10:20, you can bounce on the wall behind the carboard tank and bait the rocket up or just parry idk 10:32, you can do that or just go fast and bounce off the walls and cancel with a grab and don't wait for pizza face to catch up 10:42, this works if you don't have gerome but if you do have gerome, just go through the door and come back out, it resets pizza face 11:30, ok so don't do panic 10 actually wait for time's up and this section is way easier 13:13, this guy is just not experienced with noise enough, plain and simple I'm not trying to be rude but tbh that is what is happening, you can tornado down if you hit the wall and cancel with a grab and crusher jump again to the door and you can bait pizzaface and get a second chance if you try If you watch any pizza tower lap 3 series you would know what I am talking about, I am sorry for the harsh criticism but I am also just offering solutions that I have seen and done but if you dissagree with me you totally can, heck I might make my own version of this video with my solutions. There are more solutions I can give but just watch noise lap 3 videos for solutions

Yeah, I was getting better at The Noise's movement throughout the challenge so I was aware that you can dash out of the ollie but that was the first level I did. I understand that watching this could be annoying for people who have played/watched Lap 3. I didn't watch any for this challenge because I like figuring things out myself. That's why I didn't even know about Woosting until I streamed attempts at the last two levels. I don't mind the criticism. I appreciate the comment!

I always knew Noise could Jetpack without speed... I just wasn't good at implementing it in my first playthrough. Figured it out recently though, even managed an Any% run of the game in under 1:30! I was only shooting for 2 hours because you get an outfit for that. The only challenges really remaining (other than mods) are the 100% Speedrun Ranks for each character.
