Amen bro, I've had work friends and close friends say why do you run before work? and train after work? what are you trying to prove? They don't get it, we push ourselves to be the best version we can be because we know we are capable of more than we know. Its not easy but the self respect we gain from these sessions and the euphoric high makes it all worth it. Go one more!

I found these videos at a pivotal time in my life. I was coming out of a season of depression and wanting to find ways to push myself. As a former athlete i found myself with no athletic goals and stuck in the monotony of daily life. While I don't think I'll be running in any Hyrox events I signed up for my first Sprint Tri. The amount of satisfaction I've found in waking up at 445 every day to get in the gym and train is insane. Thank you brother.

Congratz Nick!!!! I really appreciated that video.. not because of the build up you raised with all the Hyrox training you did on your channel, but with the strenght, motivation and discipline you are showing to all you viewers. I keep telling me that it's not the results that mathers, but the efforts you put it in to. Go one more and it will lead to your goal. Thank you for all that. Your are a great athlete, but a great motivator too.

The BPN community is awesome! Doing my first half marathon Sunday because of you guys. So much positive motivation to be your best.

9th overall for anyone wondering like I was. ~3 minutes was around average for the top guys in burpees where Nick was ~5 minutes. So maybe a 4th/5th place finish without that anomaly. Obviously we can't know how a faster pace there would've impacted the rest of his race, so it's just speculation. But more experience in the event and knowing where to push/rest would surely help? So, go one more? Great job and great video!
@kelgbrown0074 күн бұрын
Yea, it helps being conditioned in an event. The top finishers in that event were probably crossfitters. People that program burpees on a regular

Amazing to see all the BPN apparel at that event. I recently ran the Honolulu marathon wearing the burnt orange hat and saw so many others representing BPN. I felt a connection with those individuals even though we were strangers. We shared the same values and expressed it through BPN gear. Saying “Go One More” to the ones wearing the gear and them saying it back gave us both the boost in confidence we needed. Continue inspiring

Nick - your heart rate was jacked up more than normal because you took Flight before the event. Recommendation: 2 Scoops of G1M sport and your regular carb-fueled breakfast. Skip the carnosyn/caffeine/black pepper. Raising body temp in a crowded indoor environment = HR ^
