Pro Tip...download Google Translate on your phone...they have a camera feature where you can take a picture of a language you dont know and it will translate it for you in real time. pretty dope. Should help with the language barrier

looking good, nick! i usually do extensions and curls at the end as well, but really love using them to preexhaust too. major key
I agree with you on extensions and curls before squats, i use that tact before all my main movements, it also helps to achieve full activation and improves the mind muscle connection of the muscles involved in the movement.

+BLACK AND WHITE FITNESS I wear the Nike's for squats (they are weight lifting shoes) and the other ones I just wear to the gym and use for some exercises. The Nike's have a very solid sole.
