Pro Tip...download Google Translate on your phone...they have a camera feature where you can take a picture of a language you dont know and it will translate it for you in real time. pretty dope. Should help with the language barrier

Enjoying your product Flight. i haven't used a pre-workout in a few years because the ones I've tried gave me too much of that itch feeling. Your product is on point not a lot but just enough. I can focus and get the job done. Will definitely be ordering again. Keep up the good work. Also, where is this place in TX that has the 40lbs of chicken?

I agree with you on extensions and curls before squats, i use that tact before all my main movements, it also helps to achieve full activation and improves the mind muscle connection of the muscles involved in the movement.

Great series so far! I remember when I visited Korea, there were fresh markets (most prominent on the weekends) where I was able to buy fresh chicken much cheaper than in the store. Is that an option for you?

feel the exact same with squats. always condition or accessory before squats and feel soooo much better without much affect on weight/reps. glad to hear this isn't weird haha

+Lori Broach creatine monohydrate just helps to increase muscle mass, strength and size. its not really optimal to take creatine its just a supplement hence just extra boost.

Funny, I recently did the same thing where I put "accessory" work first and all my lifts have felt better. I felt much more lower body activation on deadlifts and my glutes.

I love leg day but if I go to heavy on squats I get cracking noises in my knees. I don't feel any pain but I'm still concerned about it

+BLACK AND WHITE FITNESS I wear the Nike's for squats (they are weight lifting shoes) and the other ones I just wear to the gym and use for some exercises. The Nike's have a very solid sole.
