As I mentioned in one of your recent videos, I went through Ranger School twice before I graduated. I went in 1972. RAP week was known as Citi-week back then. 320 candidates showed up for the course--which dropped to about 240 after the combat swim test (not easy swimming with combat boots, web gear, and a rifle). By the time we left for Camp Darby, there was only about 120 of us left. The PT test, the force march, day and night navigation, lack of food and sleep, and constantly being smoked took its toll on our ranks. Morning formation runs were in full combat gear with ruck sack and no one was allowed to fall out. If someone broke formation, the others would divide up his gear and two guys would help him make the 5 mile run (Being a strong runner I always ended up carrying the rucksack). The chow line was a smoke fest. We had to attack a tree by the entrance to the mess hall to get in--and if we didn't meet the expectations of the cadre, they'd make us attack it again and again. Once they even made us crawl uphill in those rock sewer ditches by the barracks in a downpour before we could eat breakfast. The obstacle courses was a suckfest. (I saw your recent video about 100 squats.) The only time I did that many squats was on the obstacle course--probably did several hundred air squats in the freezing rain. Funny thing about the water confidence test is that the log walk always shows just a few people on it; when I did it in Ranger School there were at least 6 or 7 people traversing at one time causing the log to sway back and forth. And I remember the guy in front of me froze on the steps, and it took the cadre several minutes to get him to move forward. I went through the winter time; so my tab was sewn with white thread. The mountains in the winter really suck; and the swamps in Florida were cold and usually up to our neck. Every time we stopped, we'd get in a group and pee in the water for some warmth. I was in a screwed up a platoon that always missed their morning link up--and back then if you missed link up you didn't get your C-rations (or Lrrp rations in the mountains) for that day. The FTX in the mountains was 10 straight days and Florida was 12 straight days. Like you, I came out knowing a lot more about myself than when I began. The things I learned about myself have remained with me even now at 65 years old. I still know how to tie knots, use a compass, read a map, issue an operations order and plan for contigencies. PS: Thank you for your service.

I have been to that cliff jump at Barton Springs before just down the trail from the flats, that shit is fun as hell. also, about 3 miles, the other way on the trail is probably one of the biggest rope swings on the greenbelt. Some people call Barton springs the greenbelt.

You're vlogs have come such a long way. Good job bro. but good shots from cambles hole. There's a couple of other cool jumps that you have to check out Barton springs is the end section of the greenbelt. It's a man made 1/8 of a mile long pool. The water is also 68 degrees year round. It's a great place but the rules are kinda fucked. No drinking, drones over the pool and recording may be a little weird because ive never seen it happen. I work there so let me know if you decide to go! Or see other spots in the greenbelt

Nick, you're a disappointment. You're clearly on gear to be as lean as you are and maintain the massive muscle mass. I sure no one is connecting your BPN products with your "results". Even Preston already shredding body fat so quickly after basically just starting a cut is more than suspect. BPN might eventually stand for "Brother Posing as Natural".

Dude, he is probably NATURAL. #1 you can't take enhancements in the military. #2 he eats 3,200 calories to maintain this mass. Pretty standard for someone his height and weight. #3 His cardio is REALLY good and if you take test+trend or DBOL your cardio and joints TAKE A SHIT. So based off my research on steroids and comparing his body, physique, and strength numbers to other athletes I have come to the conclusion he is currently natural. He still struggles to deadlift 405 so yes... HE'S DEFINITELY NATURAL.
