Barfi Churmu | Easy to Make Sweet Recipe | Chetna Patel Recipes

Barfi Churmu
Take a Big Bowl mad Add
2 Cup - Coarse Wheat Atta
1/3 Cup - Besan
4 tbsp - Oil
Mix Properly With Hand , Rub With Hand
1/2 Cup - Luke Warm Water
Knead With Luke Warm Water
And Keep aside for 10 Min
And then Knead Properly and Make a Muthiya
And Fry In Hot Oil till golden
Make Pieces With Hand Grind in the Mixie
Take
1/4 Cup - Gond
Fry in Same Oil and Keep aside and Crush With Steal Bowl Coarsely and Keep aside
Take a Pan and add
1/2 Cup - Khoya ( Mawa )
Roast in Slow Flame
Take a Sauce Pan and add
1 Cup - Sugar
1/2 Cup - Water
Mix and Make a 1 String Consistency
Take above Muthiya Mixture and Gond Coarse Powder
2 tsp - Cardamom Powder
Mix Properly , Pour above Chasni and Mix Properly and add
1/2 Cup - Ghee
Mix Properly , Put in the Greased Tray and Flatern Properly
Sprinkle Poppy Seeds
Sprinkle Almond Flakes
Sprinkle Grated Dry Coconut
Press Properly and Give Rest or Set for 5-6 Hours then Cut n Serve
