Wow. How on earth is this still on the market? I would have the top floor as my art studio and I’d have an open plan kitchen in the black and white tile room with open shelving with matching black and white crockery. I’d convert the cantina to a spa and just luxuriate my life away. Whoever gets this is a lucky duck. I am currently working two jobs to save for my little piece of Italy. It’s a must do.

This property does have lots of potential. Not sure if I commented on it originally, but looking at it again, the option to have 2 separate units is good. I would make the upstairs unit a kitchen and living room on that main floor, and on the upper floor add an on-suite bathroom and if you needed to have 2 bedrooms you could either divide that upper space and have 2 rooms or you could put a sofa bed in the living area so it can also be a sleeping area if necessary. In the cantina, I would take out the wall that had the double doors and make that kitchen/living area a bit bigger. If possible, I would expand the bathroom and incorporate that stand alone shower that was in that little alcove. The railing on the cantina stairs was nice. I liked that. The new price point would give you some extra money to do your upgrades. Cheers!

I love the separate area downstairs, which could be a very quirky pied a terre. No stairs!!! I'd likely fix up the upstairs for rental income and live in the lower!

I wonder how much it would cost to speak with a local geometra about renovations. How hard is it to find a good geometra?

Hi, it will be nice to know if we can put down somes walls. In the cantina it will be nice to make it one room kitchen and dinning place. Do you have a estimated for the sqm for renovation. Love you.🥰

So much opportunity with this home. Spend a little or a lot! A park nearby. I wonder if you could put a balcony or terrace facing the park in the attic space? The view and space would be amazing, don’t you think?
