I can't believe that condo works out at less than 35 pounds a week, just the sort of place you could live on a tight budget , and a swimming pool too. 😊 .

Nirun Condo is one of the best and cheapest places to rent in Pattaya. I bought a place there in 2009 for 380,000 baht😂 Sold it in 2013
