Hi mate, we mention it at the end of the video, maintenance which is body corporate is 75 baht/sqm per month paid annually, sinking fund one off payment is 700/sqm, electricity & water is at government rate. Nice condo. The 2 bedroom is very nice, but it would be better with a bigger living room that you can put more than just a sofa in there. Enough room for 2 more chairs/recliners would be nice. I would sacrifice a slightly smaller bedroom for a larger living room.

I bought a Town house with a pool 3 Bedrooms driveway just 300 mts from the beach in a gated community for £78.000 . On a company Mortgage with £30.000 deposit paid so only owe £48.000 over 10 years, There’s NO WAY i would pay £154K for that …😮 Wow so expensive.

@goodvibespattaya No its Khrua Talay right on the beach its much better than Pattaya. Not as busy but quite Beautiful clean sands clear water and calm water most of the time . Im in the process of buying 4 more to rent out .

But , Just ! $200k for the the 1 bdrm, is Awesome ! I mean,if you have it,why die with it, even though I could enjoy it there, but just not for too long ! I perfer a more natural country style, when theres a choice. Otherwise, Just Enjoy whatever comes your way, and remember all your Blessings !
