BARGAIN OUTLET HAUL & CHEESECAKE QUESADILLAS! | SHOP AND COOK WITH ME

Hey family!!! In today's video we bring y'all along to Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Rib Country, and then back home to make some apple & strawberry cheesecake quesadillas!
Apple Cheesecake Quesadillas:

Ingredients: NOTE: I made three of these, but I only had to double the ingredients for the "cheesecake" mixture and I still had some leftover. 😁👍
1 large 10 inch burrito size flour tortilla
4 oz. cream cheese softened
1 Tbsp. sugar
¼ tsp. vanilla
⅛ tsp. cinnamon
½ small apple thinly sliced
butter
cinnamon & sugar
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
Spread on one half of large tortilla. Top with apple slices; fold tortilla in half.
Melt a small amount of butter on griddle. Cook quesadilla until golden brown on one side; flip and cook the other side.
Brush both sides of hot quesadilla with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon & sugar mixture.

When I worked at a mexican restuarant we made apple cheddar pizza on a tortilla. We fried the tortilla in oil till hard, and then sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar, added apple pie filling, and topped with grated cheddar chez. It was so good. I bet you could carefully spread on your cream cheese mix and then the topping and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Either way, it would be good. Thanks!

Hello my sweet Moss family and friends!! Lol, Manley was so cute at Rib Country saying "it's Daddy!! See his boots, Daddy's boots!!" Then he was ready for some chicken Momma!! 😁💞. I love how Sissy just jumps right in there to help Momma with baking. She's gonna be a natural 🤗👍💞. It turned really cold today and I couldn't get warm all day! I did finally get all my decor out of the boxes and got the bathroom and kitchen and half of the living room done. Let me start by saying, I’ve missed you guys! We’ve had a power cut for nearly two days in England, so couldn’t get my Moss Family start to my day! Lol! I too, go to outlets especially for the books! I remember reading bedtime stories to both of my children. My daughter used to love, Mr Wiggly’s Adventures, which was a book I inherited from my daddy, and I gave it to her so she could read Mr. Wiggly’s Adventures to my grandson. My son used to love my reading, How To Train Your Dragon series, and Rohl Daul books, like George and the Giant Peach, and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. I used to love doing the different voices of the characters, it would bring the actress out in me! Lol! I loved it when my daughter would like to read me stories, especially The Little Red Hen, which was the first story she could read. I go to Ollie's all the time mainly for books/coloring books for my granddaughters age 4 and 7. The books are great for the price. We also buy food products too.

Handy tip, you can either use a salt shaker or an empty cinnamon container with the shaker top. Keep a mixture of cinnamon and sugar in a container to shake on .

I have yet to go into our ollies in midwest city oklahoma but want to soon. Here is a quick new dessert to try and it's so yummy, strawberries, brown sugar and cream cheese: Clean strawberries and remove the steams from the strawberries and take a strawberry and dip it in the cream cheese and then dip in the brown sugar and eat. Delicious!

Book recommendation for your daughter. My daughter loved these books when she was about 8. She has such fond memories of them that she bought the set for her little cousin for this past Christmas. The series is called The Cobble Street Cousins. This is such a sweet little series. Happy reading.😊
