Hey Dani. Yeah these "Bargain Baroin Classics" are older videos, but I've redone the audio on them, as the original releases were pretty tough to hear us, as I really didn't know what I was doing making videos at that time LOL. I still don't, but I know more than I did back then hahahahahaha. Also, the original videos had copyrighted music, and other people had control over ads etc, and were making money on my videos - I made ZERO.. So I took them all down months ago, and am now redoing them with better audio, and music that I pay for, so nobody can control the ads on my videos or make money off my work. :)

1) I love those floor lamps too! I have several in use. Mine take the wide-base bulb, which I have to get from the neighboring Danish town. ---2) How often, would you say, you walk away w/o getting anything?

If you ever find the wide-base *tri-light* bulbs too expensive, or hard to find, you can get a light socket adapter for those lamps - it screws into the socket, and is ITSELF a socket to accept a regular sized bulb. That's what we have done in all our old lamps, so we can just use regular bulbs in them.

Guys, I think you should start looking into making separate haul videos as a lot of picker youtubers do. I think people love watching those and especially if there is more information you can share about the items as I think one of the great aspects of these videos is learning and exchange of info. I know it might be tough to find time for that, but since yard sale season is ending it might be a good idea for winter videos.

Hi Denise!! =) We're primarily out looking for things to collect - not to resell. With that being said, we DO have to sell things to prevent from becoming hoarders as we continually bring things into the house. Also, if Karen sees something she knows she can quick-flip, she'll grab it to help pay for the weekend's haul. We haven't thought of documenting any of that yet.... Up until this point, when Karen DOES sell something, we've just sold it locally using a local buy/sell app like LetGo or OfferUp, but we've had a lot of people asking lately, and so we think this winter we are going to setup either an Etsy or Ebay shop and start offering items to our viewers. We may then start to document the selling process and how that's going for us.... that would probably be interesting... There will be an announcement on the channel I'm sure.

I have a floor lamp very similar to the one you purchased in this video however I have not been able to find a light bulb for the center light. It has a very large and it screws into that outlet and I have not found one. Does this one that you purchased have the large ended bulb and if so where did you find it? Hi Karen!! YES!! That is called a tri-lite bulb - they have very large ends on them. Instead of trying to find a tri-lite bulb, you can go to Home Depot or Home hardware or whatever local hardware store you have, and get an adapter, to turn it into a regular sized outlet for a regular everyday bulb. That's what we do. Might find it listed as a "Socket Adapter".

It always makes me laugh what they put locks on back then because it would be so easy for someone to just take the whole thing like the hat box or tea caddys. The locks really dont seem to mean much or the thieves back then were really dumb.

LOL Believe it or not, I'm actually protecting the tailgate from being stolen - it's a problem where we live. A tailgate that's not locked, can be detached from a truck in about 10-15 seconds. :)

We DO use the back of the truck, but a nice wooden antique with a nice finish, we'd rather protect the finish by putting it on the soft seat inside the truck.
