I have never seen those mirror framed windows at any dollar tree!!! But I guess technically because you use so many, you could order online Maybe? Very creative❤

Lady T They are sold at mine here in NC...you will find them with the frames. They are usually used for number seating on tables for weddings. Look on the left side of the isle with the frames...frames for certificates is where I always see them.

At Dollar Tree they have teeny tiny binder clips the size of your pinky nail. They are silver. You could place those on top so your poster board doesn't peel across and eventually flop down. If you can still see them, you could glue gems or more small mirror tiles maybe from Hobby Lobby. Or leaving intentional 1/64 of an inch strip vertically behind the top row of mirrors and slip a bobby pin in there
