Growing canabis was very lucrative. It's everywhere now and so devalued that it's not worth the high electric bill to grow it indoors anymore unless you grow for your own medicine. I only use it because it makes my quality of life better I have gone without it and was in misery so I use it only when needed.

It appears someone was staying in there the way there was a microwave, small fridge, water dispenser, fan, coffee maker mirror and pictures hanging on the wall. They couldve been using the locker as a grow room or for processing pot plants before all the stuff was put in there. That is probably all the byproduct from when they harvest the plants. They have to trim all of the loose leaves and stems from the buds to get it ready for packaging to sell.
