Bariatric Surgery Diet: Post Op: Week 9

I saw this video and then realized that I'm exactly 9 weeks 3 days post op and the past 2 days I have felt like I feel hunger in the evenings and I didn't know why. It's a relief that this is normal. Before I couldn't feel hunger and I was that "Robot" you were talking about, not only did I not feel hunger at all I never could feel fullness either, I just had to go with my body's signals of nausea, or hiccups/burps to know that's all I should stop if it was before my measured out portion was finished. The head hunger is kind of scary, but I'm glad it's normal and I will be prepared.

im 9 week post op and i can go hours without eating but when i do get hungry its really bad also i notice my fluid intake is great , im able to tolerate regular food again
