Ingredients :-
jaggery - 4 small piece
wheat flour - 2 cup
besan - 3 TBSP
sauf - 1/2 tsp
aajvine - 1/2 tsp
salt - 1/2 tsp
red chili - 1/ 2 tsp
illayachi - 2
water - 4-5 cup
how to make batter :-
firstly in bowl add wheat flour n add a little jaggery water .. follow dis step again again till get a running batter ... add ilaychi & another bowl add besan then add sauf,aajvine,salt & chili powder mix it well then slowly water in it to make running batter ..
how to make chila :-
take a tava on flame and make chila by batter & grease it with vegetable oil ...both sides .. now serve it . enjoyed with green chutney or sauce ....
